Job Title: Cosmetics Sales Representative
Location: Lekki - Orchid Road / Osapa - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Procure the right market demand for cosmetic products
- Oversee stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising, such that the cosmetic section of the stores are well-presented, with attractive displays that enhance customers' shopping experience
- Ensure that the store complies with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and vendors
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Increase cosmetics vendors’ portfolio
- Develop and present persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proven track record in the procurement of cosmetics products preferably in the retail sector
- Strong understanding of the cosmetic market and consumer trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
