Job Title: Internal Auditor

Job Description
- Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Evaluate financial and operational processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Develop audit programs and procedures to ensure thorough coverage of audit objectives.
- Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure audits remain relevant and effective.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the FMCG or distribution industry.
- Strong understanding of internal control concepts, risk assessment, and audit methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and integrity.
