Job Description
- We are looking for a Customer Support Officer to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer service to our users and creators.
- The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer satisfaction, have excellent communication skills and be willing to respond promptly to inquiries, even outside regular working hours.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, Allaccess admin chat, and instagram in a timely manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Provide information to users and creators about our platform and services
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Developing Well Documented Knowledgebase
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Proven customer support experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
