Job Description

  • We are looking for a Customer Support Officer to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer service to our users and creators.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer satisfaction, have excellent communication skills and be willing to respond promptly to inquiries, even outside regular working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, Allaccess admin chat, and instagram in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide information to users and creators about our platform and services
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
  • Developing Well Documented Knowledgebase

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Proven customer support experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
