Job Summary

  • We are seeking to hire a Customer Service Agents who will be responsible for communicating with our customers through various channels to answer questions, handle complaints, and provide support by serving as the primary point of contact between the Company and our customers.
  • Your role is crucial in ensuring that customers have a positive experience and receive assistance with their inquiries, issues, or requests.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to Inquiries: Handle a variety of customer inquiries, which include product or service information, pricing, availability, arrangement for physical inspections, payment status and confirmation and more. You must be knowledgeable about the company's offerings and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Resolving Issues and Complaints: Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner. This involves listening to the customer's issue, empathizing with their situation, investigating the problem if necessary, and finding a resolution that satisfies the customer and aligns with company policies.
  • Educating Customers: CSRs inform customers about new products or services, special promotions, company policies, and any relevant updates that may impact their experience.
  • Building Relationships: Ensure building positive relationships with customers by providing friendly, courteous, and professional service by striving to create a memorable customer experience that fosters loyalty and encourages repeat business.
  • Collaborating with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments such as sales/Field Executives, digital/technical support to resolve complex issues or fulfill customer requests that require cross-functional assistance.

Requirements

  • Individuals that require litle or no supervision after intensive and on-the-job training
  • Diploma, BSc, HND, OND, NCE and other qualifications with working experience, fast learning and proactive ready to work attitude and ability.
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, delivers quality work and is proactive
  • Result driven as this is a high-performance, output environment
  • Ability to self-manage and self-motivate- must be a self-starter
  • Knowlegde and experience in Social Media/Digital Marketing is an added advantage
  • Min. Years of Experience: 1 - 5 years
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic person with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Persuasion and Influencing skills, strong negotiating skills
  • Good work organization, time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work quickly, methodically and accurately
  • Sound interpersonal skills
  • Should be a resident of Lagos state, otherwise it would be automatically be rejected
