Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking to hire a highly skilled Business Development Manager responsible for new business expansion through franchise sales, franchise re-sales, re-franchising, or franchisee consultations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales objectives in targeted markets and implementation of plans for attracting qualified franchisees to those markets.
- Coordinate negotiations with franchise applicants
- Maintain sale processes and compliance with franchise regulations
Requirements
- At least 5 years of franchise sales experience.
- Direct franchise sales experience in Restaurant and Food Service or Laundromat
- CRM Knowledge is required.
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite are needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with and understanding of franchise or other business models and business opportunities
- Tenacity and self-motivation, high energy level, self-starter with a positive attitude
- Must be able to understand financial statements
- High level of integrity and demonstrate sound judgment.
- Strong ability to build relationships and work within a team.
