Job Title: Utility Supervisor
Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of utility systems, includinggas, compressors, chillers Vaccum absorption Machine,plumbing jobs, Bore holes
- Schedule and assign tasks to utility workers, ensuring optimal workforce utilization.
- Monitor utility systems to ensure proper functioning and identify and resolve any issues or maintenance requirements.
- Train and mentor utility workers in the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of utility systems.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to coordinate utility-related activities and projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,or a related field.
- Proven experience in utility operations, with a minimum of 6 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of utility systems and their operation and maintenance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Familiarity with applicable safety regulations and standards and the ability to ensure compliance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
