Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsiblities
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering incoming phone calls, taking reservations and responding to inquiries
- Maintaining organized administrative records, files and databases
- Processing cash/credit card payments and balancing cash drawers
- Restocking bar supplies like napkins, straws, garnishes as needed
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Coordinating staff schedules and communicating with bar team
- Setting up for events/parties and preparing meeting rooms
- Light cleaning duties like clearing tables, emptying trash etc.
- Following all safety, sanitation and liquor service regulations
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by bar management
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Proficiency with computers for administrative tasks
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in hospitality, food service or retail a plus
