Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Department/Unit: Konga Bulk
Reports to (Title): Regional Manager
Hours of Work: 8am – 5pm
Work Mode: Onsite

Job Objectives
A Brief overview of the role:

  • Customer Acquisition and Sale of all Products by identifying leads, and educating prospects on products through calls, Visitations, and presentations.
  • Also, provide existing customers with exceptional support.

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Bulk Sales of all products across all categories.
  • Ensure the Monthly Target Assigned is Achieved.
  • Engage actively in Customer Acquisition, at least 10 new customers should be on-boarded and buy Products every week in addition to the existing customers.
  • Negotiate with Customers, Close business deals andmaximizeprofit.
  • Ensures that items are delivered to customers withinthe SLA.
  • Customer Retention and ensuring proper follow-up withcustomers on sales.
  • Initiate sales process and see through to the point of invoicing by finance.
  • Track products requested from the Warehouse to ensure Prompt delivery of orders.
  • Constant Customer Visitation to get feedback from previous purchases and also to pave way for future business opportunities
  • Ensure payments for products supplied are made as at when due and reconciled with finance.
  • Ensure a Comprehensive Customer Database is Maintained and Shared with Line Manager on a weekly Basis.
  • Develop, present, and sell new business proposals to appropriate prospects
  • Maintain a good relationship with Customers at all times.
  • Market Intelligence and market penetration.
  • Work closely with Line Manager to develop Strategies and Plans to grow and develop Sales Breath.
  • Adequate and Comprehensive Daily Sales Reporting.

Working Relationship:
Internal:

  • SVP, Business Head- Bulk, Line Manager, BulkOperations, Bulk Team, Category managers, Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, and to all Konga staff when the need arises

External:

  • Customers and vendors

Key Performance Indicators

  • Near zero incidence of customer complaint/negative. Near zero inaxcidence of untimely response to escalation

Qualifications 

  • Essential University / HND
  • Excellent Sales and Negotiation Skills Experience in resolving issues and managing customers.
  • Excellent analytical skills.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • High level of tolerance 
  • Accurate Information
  • Good problem-solving skills 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Accurate documentation.
