Job Description
- As a Telesales Representative at Figorr, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into new business opportunities.
- You will be the first point of contact with potential customers, promoting Figorr's range of cold chain solutions and services.
- Your role will involve building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating Figorr's value proposition.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote Figorr's cold chain solutions and services
- Generate sales leads and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets and objectives
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to the sales and marketing teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of cold chain solutions or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
