Job Description
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Desgn and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customerbase and ensure it's strong presence.
- Build and promote strong,long - lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Own reqruiting, Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Identify emerging markets and market shift why beingfully aware of new products and competition status.
- Present sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecast to the management team.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
Salary
N80,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
