Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of our human resources operations.
  • The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of HR best practices.
  • The Human Resource Manager will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Oversee employee performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and foster career growth.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all HR practices.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and support the company's mission and values.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
