Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of our human resources operations.
- The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of HR best practices.
- The Human Resource Manager will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Oversee employee performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and foster career growth.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all HR practices.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and support the company's mission and values.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite.
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
