Job Title: Female Account Officer
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Creating and processing invoices
- Detailed inventory reconciliation
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
- Sending bills and invoices to clients
Monthly account reconciliation and stock-taking - Tracking organization expenses
- Processing refunds
- Working with collection agencies on overdue payments
- Communicating with clients regarding billing and payment
Requirements
- Candidates should possess OND / NCE qualification in Accounting with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
- Must have experience in Inventory Reconciliation.
- Monthly Stocktaking exercise.
- Monthly Stock Counting / Reconciliation exercise.
- Preferably a Female candidate, from any of the Igbo-speaking States, for Gender, Cultural & Tribal balance.
