Job Brief

  • We are seeking an Accounts/Admin Assistant who will be responsible for providing support to the finance and administrative departments by performing various tasks related to accounting, bookkeeping, and general office Administration.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Support:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial documents, such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial statements regularly.
  • Process expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. ICAN or ACCA is an added advantage.
  • 2-3 years experience in accounting and administrative roles, with solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Female, and must reside in close proximity to the Island
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to learn fast, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
