Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Telehandlers / Cherrypicker Operator to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating telehandlers and cherrypickers to lift, move, and place materials and equipment on construction sites.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, excellent operating skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate telehandlers and cherrypickers to lift, move, and place materials and equipment
- Conduct pre-operational checks to ensure the equipment is in good working condition
- Load and unload materials and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance
- Work effectively in a team environment to meet project deadlines
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Valid certification or license to operate telehandlers and cherrypickers
- Experience operating heavy equipment, such as telehandlers and cherrypickers
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the construction or industrial industry
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Experience with other heavy equipment, such as forklifts or cranes.
Salary
N500,000 monthly.
