Job Title: Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor
Location: Lekki, Ikoyi or Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description
- We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail.
- They will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our construction projects from start to finish and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with design and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily site reports, material usage, and labor costs.
- Resolve any on-site issues or disputes that may arise during construction.
- Ensure that health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly adhered to on site.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the site team and subcontractors.
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction/residential building processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Must be available for an immediate start.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly (based on years of relevant experience).
