Job Title: Mixologist
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Create and mix cocktails: Prepare a wide range of cocktails, both classic and original, by expertly combining ingredients, flavors, and techniques.
- Menu development: Collaborate with management to design and update the cocktail menu, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative ideas.
- Customer interaction: Engage with guests to understand their preferences, make recommendations, and provide personalized drink experiences.
- Ingredient sourcing: Ensure the bar is stocked with high-quality spirits, mixers, and garnishes, and source unique ingredients to enhance the cocktail menu.
- Presentation: Serve drinks with attention to detail, ensuring that every cocktail is presented attractively and garnished appropriately.
- Maintain bar cleanliness: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Educate staff and guests: Share knowledge of mixology techniques, trends, and ingredients with other staff members and occasionally conduct tastings or demonstrations for guests.
- Monitor inventory: Track inventory levels of spirits, mixers, and other supplies, and place orders as needed to maintain stock.
- Upsell and suggest pairings: Recommend food and drink pairings, and upsell premium spirits and specialty cocktails to enhance the guest experience.
- Stay updated on trends: Keep up with the latest trends in mixology, including new techniques, ingredients, and cocktail presentations.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, SSCE / GCE / NECO
- 2 - 5 years of experience.
Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 / Month.
