Job Title: Branch Office Assistant / Cleaner

Job Purpose
- The Office Assistant / Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring the office building and surroundings are properly cleaned.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Floor care, various surface tasks including mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning of all office areas
- Dusting and cleaning staff tables, chairs, and shelves
- Removing trash in office areas
- Cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms at least twice daily
- Cleaning windows in conference rooms, management offices, etc.
- Dusting, disinfecting, and polishing of surfaces and furniture as needed
- Maintaining office green areas and flowers
- Reporting repairs and replacements encountered when executing daily tasks.
Duties Applicable To All Staff
- Actively work towards the achievement of the NRCS goals
- Abide by and work in accordance with the Red Cross Fundamental Principles and NRCS Statutes
- Show capacity to assist other members of staff and management, aptitude for maintaining cooperation and team spirit necessary to achieve the objectives of the National Society
- Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Line Manager
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of Secondary School or Diploma Certificate
- Minimum of 3 years experience in office assistance & cleaning role.
