Key Responsibilities

  • Drive performance management processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees to foster a culture of continuous feedback and growth.
  • Spearheaded initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through creative programs and activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative HR policies and practices that align with our company values and objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires from day one.
  • Champion's efforts to create a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued, and empowered to contribute their best.
  • Oversee benefits administration and employee relations, serving as a trusted resource for resolving issues and addressing concerns.
  • Utilize data and analytics to assess HR metrics and trends, informing strategic decision-making and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in people operations, continuously seeking ways to innovate and elevate our HR practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3 - 5 years) in a people-focused role, with a track record of implementing successful HR initiatives and programs.
  • Excellent performance management skills and experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for building relationships and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and propose novel solutions to challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
