Job Description
- We are looking for a skilled and experienced Dispatch Rider to join our team. As a Dispatch Rider, you will be responsible for delivering packages, documents, and other items to various locations in a timely and efficient manner.
- The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience as a dispatch rider and must be familiar with navigating city streets and traffic patterns.
Responsibilities
- Deliver packages, documents, and other items to designated locations
- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher
- Ensure that all deliveries are made on time and in a safe manner
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and obtain signatures as required
- Perform routine maintenance on the delivery vehicle and report any issues to the dispatcher
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the delivery vehicle
- Assist with loading and unloading packages as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience as a dispatch rider
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with navigating city streets and traffic patterns
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 / month.
