Job Description
- Managing all aspects of the branch's day-to-day operations, including customer service, sales, and administrative functions.
- Setting and achieving sales targets and goals for the branch.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Managing inventory and ensuring proper stock levels.
- Analyzing financial reports and making data-driven decisions to improve branch performance.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborating with other departments or branches to share best practices and achieve company-wide objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or in related course.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Must have experience managing multiple outlets or branches.
- Gender: Male.
