Position Overview

  • We are looking for a dynamic and productive Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • You will develop and implement sales strategies, provide guidance and support to the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that add value.
  • Drive sales revenue by identifying new business opportunities, upselling/cross-selling products or services, and expanding the client base.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and meet client objectives.
  • Lead negotiations with clients on contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products or services.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management for decision-making.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, address client inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve sales strategies and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Industry-specific certifications or training [Optional].
  • Cybersecurity/ SaaS Sales experience is an advantage.

Salary
N500,000 - N1,000,000 / Month.
