Job Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Immigration Clerk.
- As an immigration clerk, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their immigration paperwork and processes.
- This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of immigration laws and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with filling out immigration forms and applications accurately.
- Review and organize documentation required for immigration processes.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on their case status.
- Coordinate appointments and interviews with immigration authorities.
- Maintain accurate records and databases of client information and case progress.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations.
Requirements
- OND / HND qualification in a relevant field (e.g. preferably international relations)
- Proven experience working in an administrative role, preferably in immigration or legal services.
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
