Description
- Ovenfresh bakery sales department is currently recruiting to fill the role of a Customer relation Officer to attend to the following duties;
- Direct communication with customers
- Attend to customer complaints and concerns
- Relay customer's feedback
- Encourage customers to purchase products.
- Research competitors and potential customers
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Skills
- Educational qualification in any related field (BSc, HND, OND)
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking
- Ability to listen and pay attention to details.
- Patience
- Good team player
- Importantly must reside around the Ajah axis for easy access to work.
Salary Range
N50,000 - N100,000 / month.
