Job Title: Head of Accounts and Admin

Job Description
- Keep all company’s business financial transaction records and documents and ensure safety/confidentiality of the same.
- Prepare all necessary financial reports for the business weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually as directed by management.
- Responsible for petty cash management in the office.
- Administer payrolls and control of income and expenditure.
- Ensure compliance with taxes and levies payment as at when due.
- Responsible for all receivables and payables of the company.
- Perform administrative duties as required
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Accounting, ATS or pass skills level of ICAN.
- Good and up to date knowledge of contemporary accounting, auditing standards and tax regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and analytical skill
- Must pay attention to detail.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
