Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the company and Customers
- Provide product/services information
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly and professionally.
- Effectively communicate information, instructions, or solutions to customers.
- Schedule appointments or reservations as needed.
- Gather feedback from customers to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to multitask.
- Must be able to pay attention to details.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Linguistics, Communications or a related field
- 2 - 5 years work experience.
- Proven experience as Customer Service Rep
- Must be conversant with a Customer Service Software
- Strong communication skills.
Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 monthly.
