Job Title: Facility Manager

Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our properties.
- The ideal candidate will stay on site and must have a strong background in facility management, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Stay on site to manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of properties.
- Train and Manage the security guards.
- Address the needs and concerns of tenants effectively.
- Manage unplanned maintenance and arrange repairs in communal areas of the properties.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure all facilities are in optimal condition.
- Manage vendor contracts and relationships.
- Manage all artisans and security guards, ensuring their work is properly supervised for excellent service delivery.
- Ensure zero downtime of utility: water, electricity, waste management, security, and sanitation.
- Prepare and submit periodic report of activities at the facilities.
- Maintain detailed log of failing components replaced and associated cost.
- Follow-up on timelines to ensure periodic services such as generator servicing, facility fumigation is rendered as and when due.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably with properties on both the Island and Lagos Mainland.
- Strong understanding of building management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
