Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our luxury brand team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our premium products to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, research, and cultivate relationships with potential high-net-worth clients.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and preferences.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the unique value proposition of our products.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to maximize profitability.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in luxury sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and the needs of high-net-worth individuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with CRM softwares
- Knowledge of luxury brand marketing and branding strategies.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
