Job Overview

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wealth Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in mobilizing funds for our cutting-edge investment product.
  • As a Wealth Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential investors, identifying new funding opportunities, and effectively communicating the benefits of our investment product.
  • Your goal will be to mobilize funds from various sources to fuel the growth of our investment venture while exceeding investment portfolio targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify target markets and develop strategies to drive high volumes of new funds.
  • Manage existing investment products and customer relationships
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to sell our products or services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for the investment product, contributing significantly to the growth of the organization’s investment portfolio.
  • Customer acquisition and relationship management.
  • Monitor fund mobilization progress and provide regular reports.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
  • Answer customer questions and address any concerns they may have.
  • Represent the company at industry events to network and promote the investment product.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 3 - 7 years work experience.
  • Proven track record in fundraising and mobilizing funds for investment products, startups, or financial ventures, with 3-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the financial services/finTech industry or related investment sectors.
  • Experience mobilizing investments exceeding portfolio targets is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in building and maintaining relationships with investors, with a strong network of potential investors.
  • Deep understanding of investment strategies, financial markets, and investment trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close investment deals successfully.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed fundraising targets.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to fundraising and investment.
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct in handling investor relationships and sensitive financial information.
