Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and professional Domestic Chef to join a private residence in Oluyole, Ibadan.
- The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in preparing both local and continental dishes, as well as a variety of pastries.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook daily meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, following the household's dietary preferences.
- Create diverse and innovative menus featuring local and international cuisines.
- Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety are maintained.
- Handle kitchen inventory, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and available.
- Cater for special events and occasions as required.
- Collaborate with the household staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a professional chef, preferably in a domestic setting.
- Expertise in both local (Nigerian) and continental dishes.
- Proficiency in baking and pastry-making.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Salary & Benefits
- N120,000 - N180,000 monthly.
