Job Title: Facilities Supervisor
Locations: Victoria Island and Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Overview
- We are looking to hire a Facilities Supervisor who will assess and manage safety hazards in the workplace, manage and instruct the site workers, set goals for the team, and see projects through to completion.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and support of residential and commercial buildings, grounds and facilities systems including WTP and STP.
- Assign work and monitor its performance within shifts or sites to ensure that all contract requirements are met; that all policies and procedures are adhered to, and that all objectives are met.
- Supervise quality control functions which require regular written on-site inspections conducted with employees, clients and/or vendors.
- Oversee and manage Site Coordinators' activities
- Maintain efficient and smooth operations at all sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management / Estate Management / Social Sciences / Structural Engineering from a reputable institution.
- A Master’s Degree in a related field will be an added advantage.
- Relevant professional qualifications like PMP, QAQC, HSE etc. will also be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of industry knowledge is strongly desired.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high level of accuracy in calculations.
- Must have time and project management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Experience in managing residential apartments
- Must have technical knowledge of facilities and must be IT savvy.
Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
