Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team.
  • The role of the travel consultant is a very vital one, so we are looking for a well-rounded individual with a mole experience and qualities that fit perfectly with our company objectives and vision.
  • You will assist in executing responsibilities related to organizing travel itineraries for clients, find perfectly price tickets, manage travel plans and help the company increase sales.
  • As a Travel Consultant, you will put together complex multi-stop round-the-world flight itineraries, absolutely bespoke holidays and fully customized trips for client’s. Your job responsibilities include but is not limited to the following;

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow Consultative Sales Model to drive sales and develop customer relationships
  • Meet monthly sales targets for income and booking conversion
  • Create bespoke flight itineraries with the additional and arrangement according to customer requirements
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Responding to customer enquiries promptly
  • Providing customer with descriptive and persuasive covering emails and itinerary
  • Being aware of customer experience facilitating good trust pilot feedback
  • Effective organizational skills to manage all stages of the booking cycle
  • Quoting new customers
  • Upselling products throughout the process
  • Making the booking
  • Managing ticketing
  • Answering pre-travel questions and enquiries
  • Deal with travel complaints
  • Receive calls
  • Being a considerate team player
  • Rendering required assistance to colleague’s assistance

Qualifications

  • University Studies / Higher Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related courses
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Candidates should have experience in the Issuance and Re-issuance of Air Tickets International and Local.
  • Comfortable with GDS - Amadeus and Galileo
  • Excellent Email Writing and Communication Skills.
  • 24x7 (flex working hours) - remote and on-site.
  • Experienced in handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Ability to present and analyze information effectively
  • Strong collaborative skills with multicultural and diverse teams
  • Commitment to consistently improve and develop innovative solutions
