Job Summary

  • We are seeking a creative and results-driven Sales Manager/Marketer to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a solid understanding of various marketing strategies and techniques.
  • The Marketer will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote our products or services, attract new customers, and engage existing ones.
  • This position requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Create compelling content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, emails, advertisements, and more.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost, to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Identify and explore new opportunities for growth and innovation in marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Plan and coordinate events, promotions, and other marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field. Master's degree a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing preferred.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, and CRM systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for marketing and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in specific industries or sectors relevant to the company's products or services.
  • Certifications or additional training in marketing, such as Google Ads certification or HubSpot certification is an added avantage.
  • Experience with graphic design or video editing tools. is an added advantage
  • Previous experience working with startups or in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
