Job Title: Personal Assistant

Responsibilities
- Manage executives' calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, logistics, minutes of meetings and preparation of meeting materials.
- Maintain the highest standards of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. This commitment to confidentiality extends to all aspects of my work.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
- Provide comprehensive support to the executive by managing their personal schedule, coordinating appointments, and handling errands. Proactively identify ways to improve efficiency and streamline processes, ultimately enhancing executive's effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, such as a Fintech or Edtech organization.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with acute attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.), calendar management, email correspondence.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
