Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Description
- Manage the overall coordination, including the research, development and distribution of PowerPoint presentations to executive management for key marketing initiatives under the direction of the Director.
- Lead integrated marketing communication and creative/campaign planning, development and execution for all company products, including messaging communications, advertising, direct marketing, etc.
- Create and manage the monthly/annual marketing plan for a subset of the corporate and Real Estate markets.
- Conduct market research to increase the understanding of the market as a whole and/or certain segments, in conjunction with the Sales and Customer care departments.
- Organize and attend industry-related events, conferences and summits for networking, leads generation and deal-closing.
- Contribute to the overall sales collateral program.
- Track lead generation and ROI for designated marketing campaigns.

- Self Motivated & Team Oriented
- Must be a go-getter, and have the ability to work with little or no supervision
- Must possess solid networking, marketing and negotiating skills
- Experience in Sales and/or Marketing will be an added advantage.
