Job Title: Human Resources / Admin Head

Job Summary
- The successful candidate wil act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative and HR support for the HR and Admin Department.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification in Industrial Relations, Business Administration.
- Minimum of 7 years work experience.
- Must have at least CIPM, NIM, or similar relevant Certification.
Skills:
- Must be able to communicate effectively (oral and written) with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good administrative skills (planning, implementing, multitasking). Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suites (Words, Excel, PowerPoint), etc.
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to negotiate and influence.
- Must be diligent and able to work under pressure to meet set timelines.
- Must be a team player and, most importantly, self-driven.
