Responsibilities
- Overseeing recruitment and hiring processes
- Managing employee relations
- Implementing HR policies and procedures
- Administering employee benefits and compensation packages
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Handling employee grievances
- Facilitating training and development programs
- Managing performance appraisal systems
- Promoting a positive work environment.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as office management, facilities maintenance, and vendor management.
- Supporting the organization's goals by effectively managing its most valuable asset- its people - and ensuring smooth operations through efficient administrative processes.
Requirements
- BSc/HND and Professional Qualification
- 5 Years’ experience in Administrative and Human Resources Roles
- Strong Communication Skills
- Experience As HR Generalist.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
