Job Overview

  • As an Office Administrator at our restaurant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations behind the scenes.
  • You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks to support the restaurant's overall success. Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask are key for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, vacations, and sick leave.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to manage inventory levels and place orders for restaurant supplies and ingredients.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice processing and bill payments.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for documents such as invoices, receipts, and employee records.
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts and coordinating staff training sessions.
  • Respond to inquiries from staff, customers, and vendors in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is a must
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a female of 35+ years.
