Job Overview
- As an Office Administrator at our restaurant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations behind the scenes.
- You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks to support the restaurant's overall success. Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask are key for this role.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, vacations, and sick leave.
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage inventory levels and place orders for restaurant supplies and ingredients.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice processing and bill payments.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for documents such as invoices, receipts, and employee records.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and coordinating staff training sessions.
- Respond to inquiries from staff, customers, and vendors in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is a must
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic accounting software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a female of 35+ years.
