Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ipaja, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Pharmaceutical, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and tact.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
