Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and innovative individuals who can attend to client in a professional way: He/ she is responsible for:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results needed
- Recommend new product and services to client
- Receiving calls from customers
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing clients information
- Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of cause of the problem, selecting and directing them to the IT instructor for more information.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in any discipline
- Working experience as a customer service will be added advantage
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Working under pressure with little or no supervision
- Ability to be discrete
- Knowledge of Microsoft office is needed
- Internet savvy
Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 / month.
