Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and innovative individuals who can attend to client in a professional way: He/ she is responsible for:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results needed
  • Recommend new product and services to client
  • Receiving calls from customers
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing clients information
  • Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of cause of the problem, selecting and directing them to the IT instructor for more information.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in any discipline
  • Working experience as a customer service will be added advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Working under pressure with little or no supervision
  • Ability to be discrete
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office is needed
  • Internet savvy

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 / month.
