Job Description
- Listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions
- Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
Requirements
- A minimum of OND / HND
- Good communication skills both online and offline
- Good time management
- Keeping good records of customers information.
Salary
- N80,000 - N150,000 monthly.
