Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Description
- We are looking for qualified graduates with excellent communication skills to answer client calls and set meeting and pass it on the supervising officer accordingly;
- All that is required of you is to read through and watch our software user guide manuals & videos and attend to customers' phone calls and emails appropriately and then log in the reports.
Requirements
- Be a Graduate (any course of study is welcome)
- A female below age 25
- Residing in Abuja
- Fresh graduate/currently serving/Just finished serving
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- 0 - 2 years experience are highly encouraged to apply
- Ability to work under pressure
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid (3 days at the office and 2 days from home, weekly)
