Job Title: Male Office Supervisor

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Oversees clerical and support services, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assists clerical and support staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
  • Coordinate cleaners to ensure clean environment
  • Completes, prepares, and distributes various forms and reports.
  • Render and support office procurement process
  • Support delivery and ensure office smooth operations, safety and hygiene.
  • Ensure all machines, equipment, generator and sockets are proper turned off at the close of work daily.
  • Ensure opening and closing of the factory at all times.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to office staff, including administrative assistants, receptionists, and clerical personnel.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement of necessary items.
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment, including computers, printers, and other office machinery, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the office, disseminating relevant information and updates to staff members.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense management, ensuring adherence to financial policies and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for office staff and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement innovative solutions and improve office operations.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in using office software such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and googlesheets).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with staff and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing administrative tasks and maintaining records.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address issues and make informed judgments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial processes is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations effectively.
  • Maintainance knowlege is an addeded advantage

Required Qualifications

  • NCE, OND or a smart SSCE holders are advised to apply
  • Experience: 0 - 2yrs
  • Proven experience in office or factory
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
  • Proficiency in using office software and technology.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 / month.
