Job Title: Front Desk / Customer Relationship Management Officer

Description
Reception:
- Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
Customer Service:
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about the company's services.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate issues as needed.
Administrative Support:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the company.
Office Maintenance:
- Ensure the front desk area is neat, organized, and presentable.
- Monitor and order office supplies/consumables as needed.
Mail and Deliveries:
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate courier services.
Communication:
- Relay messages and provide information to staff as required.
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate office activities.
Meeting Coordination:
- Assist in organizing meetings, including room setup, catering, and logistical support.
- Prepare meeting materials and take minutes if required.
Visitor Management:
- Register and issue visitor badges.
- Coordinate with security for visitor access as needed.
Requirements
- Intersted candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 1 - 3 years work experience.
Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 monthly.
