Job Description
The Administrative Assistant is to be:
- Responsible for scheduling and planning meetings, as well as maintaining minutes of these meetings.
- Responsible for providing total administrative support
- Responsible for maintaining a filing system and managing office supplies.
- Responsible for handling clerical duties confidentially.
- Responsible for preparing presentations.
- Responsible for scheduling appointments.
- Responsible for sending and receiving correspondence.
- Responsible for managing and handling social media accounts
- Responsible for representing the company on her social media accounts and on-site
Requirements
- B.Sc, B.A, or HND in Social Sciences, Office Administration, Secretarial Studies or any related field
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration, social media management, secretarial management.
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Proven track record of managing social media accounts effectively
- Very good social media management skills
- Familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Note: that social media management is very important for this role.
