Job Description
The Administrative Assistant is to be:

  • Responsible for scheduling and planning meetings, as well as maintaining minutes of these meetings.
  • Responsible for providing total administrative support
  • Responsible for maintaining a filing system and managing office supplies.
  • Responsible for handling clerical duties confidentially.
  • Responsible for preparing presentations.
  • Responsible for scheduling appointments.
  • Responsible for sending and receiving correspondence.
  • Responsible for managing and handling social media accounts
  • Responsible for representing the company on her social media accounts and on-site

Requirements

  • B.Sc, B.A, or HND in Social Sciences, Office Administration, Secretarial Studies or any related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in office administration, social media management, secretarial management.
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Proven track record of managing social media accounts effectively
  • Very good social media management skills
  • Familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Note: that social media management is very important for this role.
