Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a sales operations team to support sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer experience and profitable growth.
  • Identify and explore new business and channel opportunities.
  • Develop sales strategies and plans in line with the Company's corporate objectives.
  • Advise on the Company's potential long and short term growth strategies.
  • Continuously seek market opportunities, conditions and associated business developments.

General Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Social Sciences or any other relevant field. Relevant post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 20 years significant hands-on marketing, sales, rental commercial experience through various channels, eight (8) of which must have been spent in a senior management role in blue chip companies: real estate, FMCG, banks, telecommunications, etc.
  • People management experience, including proven ability to manage sales teams
  • Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle the pressure of working in a dynamic and result oriented environment.
  • Strong Selling, Presentation and Negotiation skills.
  • Experience in establishing and building strong collaborative business partnerships with Partners.
  • Experience in working with cross functional teams and ability to carry them along in driving sales initiatives.
