Job Description
- Our client is looking for adynamic Social Media Correspondent to join their team. The ideal candidate should be social media savvy, have a passion for responding to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Responding to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitoring social media accounts for trends and opportunities to engage with our audience.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns.
- Analyzing social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Staying up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
- Creating social media content that is engaging, informative, and on-brand.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a social media correspondent or related role.
- Should be available to work Monday to saturday, 9am to 6:30pm.
- Preferred candidate must have completed NYSC.
- Business development.
- Emotional intelligence.
- Customer Relationship & Management.
- Willingness to work and ability to stay focused.
- Strong work ethics.
- Attention to details.
- Top Notch Persuasive Marketing skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices
- Willingness and readiness to swiftly respond to messages 24/7.
- Conflict Resolution Skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- Proactiveness and Ability to take initiative.
- Ability to work under minimal or no supervision.
- Adequate understanding of all our products and services.
- Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 and its environs is an added advantage.
Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 / month.
