Job Summary

  • Responsible for coordinating HR related matters including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, implementation of organizational policies and guidelines, training and development, performance management, payroll processing and HR data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of a B.Sc Degree or HND in Human Resources Management or related field or studies.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS suites and data analytics.
  • Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Support HRM with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Good knowledge of labor law.

Personal Qualities:

  • Leadership and managerial ability.
  • Energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others.
  • Integrity, approachability and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to learn and take up other task as directed by the HRM.

Salary
N80,000 - N150,000 / Month
